PolyTrac bog mats are moulded from 100 per cent recycled polyethylene with UV protection, so they do not break down in the sun. Crane outrigger pads are premium grade HDPE or UHMWPE. PolyGrid panels are recycled polypropylene.
Standard PolyTrac mats are 2300 × 1100mm, 2300 × 500mm and 2400 × 1200mm, in thicknesses from 10 to 55mm. Crane pads run from 400 × 400mm to 1200 × 1200mm in seven sizes. PolyGrid modules are 1200 × 400 × 40mm.

PolyTrac is rated for heavy loads up to 200 tonne, which covers haul trucks, cranes and drilling rigs. Each crane pad size carries its own capacity, from 18 tonne for the smallest to 90 tonne for the largest.
Load always depends on the ground and how the weight is spread, which is why the thickness gets chosen for the site, not off a chart.
