Website terms.
Version 1.0. Applies from the day this website goes live, September 2026. Polysource Australia Pty Limited, ABN 24 615 920 655.
These terms cover the use of this website. They are short because a website is a simple thing. Buying something from us is governed by the quote and the order, not by this page.
1. Who this is between
Polysource Australia Pty Limited (ABN 24 615 920 655) of Wollongbar, New South Wales, and you, the person using the website. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.
2. What the information on this site is
Product descriptions, dimensions, thicknesses, weights and load figures are published in good faith from our manufacturing specifications and are as accurate as we can make them at the time of writing. They are a guide for choosing a product, not a warranty that a particular mat or pad will perform in a particular way on your site.
Load capability in particular depends on ground conditions, how a load is spread, and whether the load is static or moving. Confirm the specification with us for your application before ordering, and follow the guidance we give you when you do.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. An order is formed when we give you a written quote and you accept it, and the terms of that quote apply to the sale.
3. Prices
We do not publish prices on this website. Prices are quoted for your products, quantities and delivery address, and a quote is valid for the period stated on it.
4. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, drawings and design of this website belong to Polysource Australia Pty Limited or are used with permission. PolyTrac and PolyGrid are our product names. The Australian Made and Owned logo belongs to Australian Made Campaign Limited and is used under licence. You may view, print and share pages for your own reference and for the purpose of dealing with us. You may not copy our content into another website or publication, or use our product names or photographs to sell something else, without asking us first.
5. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms removes, restricts or changes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. That includes the guarantees that goods we sell are of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose you tell us about, and that services are provided with due care and skill.
6. Limits on what the website promises
Subject to section 5, we do not promise that the website will always be available, error free or free of anything harmful, and we are not responsible for loss that comes from relying on the website alone rather than on a quote or advice from us for your specific job. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability in connection with the website is limited to supplying the relevant information again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
7. Links to other sites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal information collected through this website is set out in our privacy policy. If the two ever disagree, the privacy policy wins on privacy matters.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version number and date at the top will change when we do. A change applies from the date it is published and does not apply to anything that happened before it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim in your own state or territory under the Australian Consumer Law.
